Description
This hot stamping machine is fit for stampingon the surface of plane and round objects. With fast speed and low energy consumption.
ApplicationMainly applied to the field of craft, fabric handbag, leather, paper and plastic.

When the machine is working, the pressure of compressed air inbreathed usually should be adjusted to 5 BAR .

When you find the index is on the high side, push the pressure regulating valve upwards, and then revolve it anticlockwise to the standard pressure.

While on the contrary, revolve it reversely, after adjusting press the valve downwards is order to fix it within the confines of standard pressure.

(1) Preparation for hot stamping

Prepare the Electrochemical aluminum model specifications,hot stamping plates (such as copper plate or zinc plate).

(2) Install the plate

Fix the copper plate or zinc plate on the bottom plate of the equipment, and adjust the working pressure to a suitable position.

(3) Make subplate adjustment on uneven places

After the printing plate is fixed, make subplate adjustment on uneven places, so that the working pressure of each part is even.

(4) Know main parameters of processing technology exactly

Figure out appropriate hot stamping temperature, working pressure and hot stamping speed

(5) Take a sample test

(6) Start production

1) When the machine is running, do not use any part of the body to touch the hot area to prevent burns.

2) Be sure to turn off all power when cleaning the machine. Do not use flammable materials (such as Tianna water) to wipe the machine and the hot stamping plate.
